Sea Girt School District

Sea Girt School District is a community public school district that serves students in pre-Kindergarten through eighth grade from Sea Girt, in Monmouth County, New Jersey, United States.
As of the 2011-12 school year, the district's one school had an enrollment of 161 students and 21.7 classroom teachers (on an FTE basis), for a student–teacher ratio of 7.42:1.〔(District information for Sea Girt School District ), National Center for Education Statistics. The district is classified by the New Jersey Department of Education as being in District Factor Group "I", the second-highest of eight groupings. District Factor Groups organize districts statewide to allow comparison by common socioeconomic characteristics of the local districts. For ninth through twelfth grades, Sea Girt's public school students attend Manasquan High School, as part of a sending/receiving relationship with the Manasquan Public Schools.
